History

Built in 1994. Still low-rise, still 36 homes.

Eastbrooke Coach Homes was built in 1994 as four buildings of eight residences each — CBS construction under Mediterranean-style rooflines, all single-storey.

Homes run roughly 1,448 to 1,657 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. Each has an attached one-car garage, vaulted ceilings, and a screened patio or balcony. Depending on where a home sits on the street, it looks out over the golf course or the lake.
